Machine Operators
Scotian Gold Cooperative Limited is looking for Ten (10) Full Time/Permanent Machine Operators for their apple packing facility. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the successful applicant will:
- Ensure machines are running efficiently
- Troubleshoot to eliminate problems and improve efficiency
- Pack, weigh and inspect apples
- Maintain Housekeeping standards
- Adhere to all food safety, health and Safety, HACCP and Hygiene rules and procedures
- Accurately complete any required documentation
- Be available Monday to Friday evening shift, hours to be determined
Desired Skills and Experience:
- A reliable team player that promotes a positive corporate culture
- A strong sense of urgency, drive and enthusiasm
- Excellent communication and multi-tasking ability
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift 40lbs
- Six (6) months production experience

- Starting wage: $16.24 per hour
